Inclusion Policy for Students with Dyslexia, ADD, ADHD, and Other Learning Difficulties:

The Tuition Club is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students. It is important to recognise the diverse needs of our students, including those with dyslexia, ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder), ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), and other learning difficulties. This inclusion policy aims to outline a commitment to meet the unique educational needs of these students while promoting equality and equity throughout the entire process of learning.

Objective:

The objective of this inclusion policy is to create an educational environment that ensures students with dyslexia, ADD, ADHD, and other learning difficulties have equal access to quality education, support, and opportunities for personal growth and success.

 

Principles:

Equal Opportunities: All students, regardless of their learning difficulties, shall have equal opportunities to participate in and benefit from the educational services.

Individualized Support: We recognise that each student's needs are unique. The Tuition Club is committed to providing individualised support and accommodations tailored to meet the specific needs of students with dyslexia, ADD, ADHD, or other learning difficulties.

Inclusive Environment: The Tuition Club fosters an inclusive and accepting culture that promotes understanding, empathy, and respect for students with learning difficulties. We encourage peer support and discourage any form of discrimination or bullying.

Collaborative Approach: Collaboration among teachers, parents/guardians, special education professionals, and other relevant stakeholders is crucial to the success of our inclusion efforts. Regular communication and teamwork will be encouraged.
